Each file can be up to 20MB, and you can upload multiple files per fax (up to 20MB total). The maximum page count is 100 pages per fax.

No account needed. Just upload your document, enter the fax number, and pay. It's that simple.

Most faxes are delivered within 1-2 minutes. Delivery time depends on the recipient's fax machine and line quality.

If delivery fails, we automatically retry at no extra charge. If the fax still cannot be delivered, you get a full refund automatically — nothing to request. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

We support fax delivery to any country worldwide that has fax infrastructure. The flat $0.50/page rate applies globally.

Yes! Our website works on any device. On mobile, you can even use your camera to capture documents directly.

After payment, you'll receive a link to a live status page showing real-time delivery updates. If you provided an email, you'll also receive a delivery confirmation email.

Files are stored temporarily while your fax is delivered, then automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We never keep long-term copies of your documents.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely.

Yes. You can upload multiple files in a single session. They'll be combined into one fax document. We support PDF and image files.

Yes. You can optionally add a cover page with recipient name, your name, subject, and a message. The cover page is added as the first page of your fax at the standard $0.50 rate.
