We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, and TIFF files. Non-PDF files are automatically converted to PDF before sending.

Each file can be up to 50MB, and you can upload multiple files per fax (up to 50MB total). The maximum page count is 100 pages per fax.

Most faxes are delivered within 1-2 minutes. Delivery time depends on the recipient's fax machine and line quality.

If delivery fails, we automatically retry at no extra charge. If the fax still cannot be delivered, you get a full refund automatically — nothing to request. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
