Letter (8.5" × 11") is standard in the US, Canada, and Mexico. A4 (210 × 297 mm) is standard in Europe and most of the rest of the world. Pick whatever your recipient prints on — fax machines accept both.

Your draft — text, design choices, and any uploaded logo — is saved only in your own browser (localStorage) so you can come back later. Nothing is uploaded to a server until you send an actual fax.
